Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 4347) on the following at

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to CSHB 347(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 347(STA)                    
am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.
